Red Earth Training

This Operating Elevated Work Platform (EWP) training course is designed for participants to gain the necessary skills to plan, prepare and complete Elevating Work Platform work. On completion of this course participants will be able to conduct routine checks, plan work, check controls, operate and shut down elevated work platform, assess ground conditions, communication skills, use and interpret manufactures specifications.

This 1 day course involves both theory and practical components and can be completed at Red Earth Training & Assessing’s Irymple Yard.

Participants who are successful in the completion of this EWP training course will be at an advantage to secure jobs within the industrial, mining , oil and gas sectors.

• Photo ID must be presented i.e. current drivers licence or passport
• Basic numeracy skills
• Basic English language and literacy skills
• Participants are required to have general good health and fitness and any pre-existing medical conditions that will affect the safety of the course must be disclosed prior to attending
